During Daylight Saving Time on Tuesday and Thursday nights is when the enjoyable and laid-back social bowling competition known as Night Owls takes place. This competition provides lawn bowls enthusiasts of all skill levels a fun-filled (and a little competitive) evening where you can socialise and meet new people over drinks in a laid-back social setting.
We sell BBQ dinners starting at 6:15pm. The competition begins at 7:15pm and ends at approximately 9pm, with a light supper served after. Teams battle for the coveted “Sir Night Owl” trophy, with weekly team prizes and fabulous raffle prizes up for grabs.
You can play in bare feet, socks, thongs or shoes with flat soles. The Club can provide you with bowls and we have a fantastic team available to support you if you need it.
Register your team of four players or we can organise a team for you to play in.
A greens fee per week is $10 for non-members, or become a social member and pay only $5.
The Prospect Broadview Bowling Club has excellent bar amenities at affordable prices. Three exquisite grass greens await competition under the recently installed LED illumination.
The 2024-2025 season will have two competitions, one starting on Tuesday 15th October and the other on Thursday 17th October 2024.
